Question Barely 60 fps in WoW

I play WoW at about 7 on the graphics slider, which is fine but I also tend to watch a show or two on the side and I get a little bit of stuttering while watching and playing, I'm pretty much screwed on my build as I can't upgrade Because I have an 8350fx cpu and an asus crosshair forumula z MB and an Xfx r9 390 and i feel like I'm MAXED out on upgrades until I buy a different type of MB that takes an intel and then I can upgrade properly. I feel that way is much easier and more worth it unfortunately, but I'm looking for some insight maybe I missed something and can do an upgrade before a new build right now as this is a more low priority than I want it to be money wise.

If you have enough RAM already, then you will just have to fork it out for a new CPU/Mobo/RAM combo. AMD Ryzen is pretty good and you can do A LOT of multi-tasking on a Ryzen 5 2600 without losing any performance.

Upgrade the CPU/MOBO asap. Look into Ryzen , they are pretty damn good for the money.
I had the same CPU (FX8350) , I was running an R9 290X, Once i upgraded the CPU (Ryzen 5 2600 non X) everything just ran so much better.
