Barracuda Spam Firewall 400

I got this thing to use as a server....
-Dual Core CPU
-2GB DDR2 RAM
-MSI K9MM-V / MS-7312 Motherboard
-Dual 250GB HDD
-220W PS
-1U Rackmount

The problem is that it run's Barracuda's OS.
I want to put Windows Server 2003 Enterprise on it.
But there is a BIOS password (I need to change boot order so I can boot from my USB CD drive)...
I have tried clearing bios with the jumper, removing the battery for 20mins, etc, but it still wants the stupid password.
Any ideas?

Did you disconnect or power off the PSU before clearing the CMOS?

Yep. I tried it both with power connected and disconnected.

Dadiggle, what exactly do you mean? this sounds like a good idea or at least something worth trying!
