Barrage Meadow EQ2

Trying to do tour quest in the Commonlands, and cant seem to find anyone
(nor any place on the web) that knows where Barrage Meadows is located at.
Can someone help me find it?

It is another name for the Siege Lands. When you leave the gate to
West Freeport turn North and follow the wall. Shortly you will see the
Ghostly Orcs - that's where you want to be.
