it just pop out like that even i tight those caps i mean i see theres 3 o-rings inside but still? is this not gonna leak?

Not sure what is being asked - a 'barrel' expander? Did you buy that or just find an image? I believe that is meant to fit between 2 GPUs in SLI or X-Fire. I also think the one end screws down to secure the expansion, but I've never used these.
