[SOLVED] Bars and boot issue with new desktop

Hey guys, just bought a new pc for my gf and it won't boot up and it has bars across the screen straight out of the box. Should I just return it or is there something I can do? Thank you!

Just remove and re seat RAM and graphics card

Yes it is. Or if it is an OEM system take it to the service center and they will be able to rectify it in moments

Alright thank you! I re seated both and it still has green lines. And when I've seen it in videos of other people having the same problem, they said the graphic card is no good. So we're taking it back to beat buy tomorrow, but I appreciate the speedy response!
