Running Windows 10, Have replaced RegKey, have found it in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\BFE and changed permissions to "everyone" "full control" blah blah...Still getting Error 5.
Currently to my knowledge I cannot use my start menu (I cannot click the windows button and bring up the start menu...clicking it does nothing, rest of task bar is fine.)
On bootup, after logging in Windows Explorer will not load, I will have to "CTRL+ALT+DEL" and use Task Manager to load Explorer....
Have no active ISP at home, tethering phone to use this site.
Anyways, PC info is as follows.
MOBO:Sabertooth 990FX
CPU: AMD Vischera 6300 (3.5Ghz)
Ram: 12 Gigs
GPU: AMD Radeon RX480
PS: 750 Watts
