Base System Device

I have a base system device and a PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller driver that i don't know the device of. I've already tried the hardware ID in both google and various websites and i get nothing. Are these devices a myth? I don't understand how to insert a picture URL. If someone could help me with that i could post pictures of the hardware ID in case you know matrix hax and can find the drivers in the f*cking 11th dimension.

literally EVERY driver on their site, multiple times. Windows 10 64 Bit

Well it looks like the "A131" refers to "Intel 100 Series/C230 Series Chipset Family Thermal Subsystem"
and "1911" to the 5th/6th Gen Core Gaussian Mixture Model

Both are things which should be contained within the Intel chipset package. I'd try the latest chipset package directly from the Intel site:
