I just finished building my new pc and after installing a fresh windows seven i get the base systems device error. I go into device manager and it is fill with a list of them.
Troubleshooting does not work.
None of the usb ports are working except mouse and keyboard
Cant get onto the internet to get mew drivers.
Im running a msi 99ax gaming 7 mobo with a gtx 980 ti graphics card.
