Question Basic questions concerning Nvidia drivers ?

Hi, I have a few very basic questions. If they can be answered then great.

Do the latest Nvidia Driver installations install DCH or Standard driver types? I'd think it would always be DCH but I'm unsure as there are fewer options when choosing downloads.

Also, without using the Nvidia App is there any other way to see if an installed driver is a Game Ready or Studio Version?

Thanx much

Hello!
New Nvidia driver installations for modern Windows are almost always DCH. Without the Nvidia App (GeForce Experience), there's no direct way within Windows to see if an installed driver is Game Ready or Studio. You can try to infer it from the driver version number or manually MyAcuvueRewards check Nvidia's release notes for that specific version, but GeForce Experience is the primary tool for this information.

They are listed as WHQL.

You're advised to download the latest drivers from the GPU chip maker's support site. In this instance, you should download them from here;
(choosing the GPU from the drop down menu) and then installing the driver in an elevated command.
