Batch file to set Affinity

Hi, I have upgraded to Windows 8.1 and my old GTA games act weird because the mouse doesn't work in the game. The only way I've found to fix this is to set the affinity of the game.exe to 1 core. However, it is slightly annoying to have to do that every time the game starts so is there a way I can do it with a batch file so when the game short cut is clicked, the game is automatically set to 1 core?

I have looked on-line but the code is really confusing and I don't want to mess anything up. Can someone supply a basic code so I can change the folder/file names?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I altered the folder names and saved as a batch file in the same folder as where the application is. It still shows 8 cores on the affinity in task manager, am I doing something wrong?
