Question Batman Arkham city

I have a problem in Batman Arkham city I have downloaded this game from apunkagame my game is running but in first mission bruce Wayne say to jack Ryder listen me carefully when they open the door do not pannic and when door open then there is no any enemy and few seconds later enemy show in jail and they are crying but nothing happen please help me what do I do.
