Batman Arkham Knight FATAL ERROR (nvcuda.dll missing)

Hello I have just recently purchased Batman Arkham Knight on Steam. Once it finishhed downloading I clicked launch and then steam came up "preparing to launch Batman Arkham Knight..." then it would disappear and it would say running with no windows open but it shows as a background service for about 10 seconds them this error comes up.

Ive already tried to clean install my Nvidia Drivers and made sure I was on the latest one. Reinstalled the game and even verified game cache via steam.
and yes I rebooted.

I am running a
Nvidia GTX 960 4gb
I5 6600k 3.5ghz

First thing I would tell you to do is to manually download and place the .dlls in their correct folder:

Really? Then I've taken the liberty of uploading my nvcuda.dll into Google Drive:

Install it to: C:\Windows\System32 (<- taken directly from my System32)

That worked!!! Thank you!!! It takes about 2 minutes to start up for some reason but it works!! Thanks again man.
