batman arkham origins, battlefield 4

hey guys this is one of my friends laptop config:
processor-intel core i5-4200 cpu @1.60 GHz
gpu-amd radeon hd 8670m
ram-4gb
but he can not play current high graphics games like(batman arkham origins,battlefield 4). I'm going to buy a laptop soon and I wanna play these games. so if you can suggest me the configuration to play current high graphics games at ultra settings.
