Battery always shows 100% + strange error

Have an Unbranded UB15MS Tablet (Atom Z3735F, 2 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics) and the battery at first worked, but now it always shows 100% with no indication that the power is discharging or about to run out and *BAM*, I get two grey rectangles for half a second and it shuts down. Sometimes the battery icon is greyed out with a red X when plugged in, and I sometimes get a message in small text when booting while plugged in that says something along the lines of:
Attempt To get BATpercentage fuilue <--- Yes, that is how it is spelled, will try to get picture

ALSO, here is what I have tried:

-Uninstalling the Battery and AC adapter drivers (reinstalled later)
-Uninstalling the GPIO and I2C controllers (reinstalled later)
-Using third party programs, all show 100% with 1.66 hours remaining
-Running sfc /scannow (no errors)
-Generating a power report shows a battery capacity of over 23,000 MILLIAMPS!, which is clearly fake


What can I do? thank you!

Avoid no-name cheap rubbish when buying anything, especially electronic & IT equipment. Buy a well-known, quality brand in future.

You buy cheap, you get cheap.
