Question Battery drains to 0% on startup ?

Hi so I have had my mis gf76 11UE for about a year and a half now and I have this problem where I charge it to 100% then shut it down and unplug it when I boot it up it instantly goes to 60 and 20 to 0 and gets locked until I plug it in again but if its charged and I unplug it without turning it off the battery goes down normally I tried windows clean installation it fixed the problem for some time but I think the auto-update brought the issue back if any one could help that would be much appreciated

The bios and drivers are already up to date but I reinstalled them and battery health is healthy, while the calibration solves this issue for about one to two days only ?
