I'll give the complete detail.
My laptop is toshiba qosmio x70 a596. It was bought in dubai and I am using it in Pakistan.
The problem is that the battery drains really fast and takes ages to charge.
Last night, the battery was 83% charged, it drained to 75% in 15 minutes and after about 10 or 15 more minutes, the battery reached 0%.
The battery info view app shows(while charging) that the charge/discharge is 0 milliwatts. Sometimes, the charge/discharge rate goes to about 947259 milliwatts, this happens after every 5 or 8 minutes. However the battery wear level is at 98.8%. Toshiba's own built-in software "pc health monitor" shows battery health as 100%. I am confused. I need help. If you need any other information, please feel free to ask.
