So a few days ago I got an MSI GF63 Thin 9SC and it's performing great. However, its battery life is extremely short compared to other reviews.

I did a full battery drain test from 100%-5% (which is when it goes into hibernation) and it only lasted two hours and fourteen minutes. That is with power saving mode on, brightness on 30%, volume on 10%, almost every power plan setting on maximum battery life, and the CPU voltage offset on -0.150V. Oh, and the keyboard backlight was off as well. I was playing/looping this video on YouTube using Microsoft Edge in 1080p using theater mode. I had no other applications open and only 2 other tabs that I closed around halfway through the test:

MSI GF63 Thin 9SC specs: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/GF63-Thin-9SX-GTX/Specification (3 cell, 51 WHr battery. Mine has an i5 9300h.)
Microcenter page (where I got it from): https://www.microcenter.com/product/606363/gf63-thin-9sc-257-156-gaming-laptop-computer---black (scroll down and click the specs tab to see the specs (obviously)).

Quote from one of the reviews on Micro Center: "In shopping for a reasonably sized laptop with enough horsepower to play Overwatch, Rocket League, and a few other games I love, I find this to be a great choice. The roomy SSD is better than expected for the price, the 9th gen Core i5 processor is good for many years, and the 1650 Max Q is capable of throwing up 150+ FPS in Rocket League. The keyboard is roomy and well designed, the trackpad is OK, the screen is at least as good as expected for the price, and I find the battery is good for 5-6 hours of use away from the outlet in Chrome, Word, Mail, etc. Overall, very pleased!" They got the EXACT same model as me. You can see their review by clicking on the "reviews" tab on the Micro Center page.

These are some reviews of a very similar model to my laptop with the same battery:
https://www.notebookcheck.net/MSI-GF63-8RC-i5-8300H-GTX-1050-Laptop-Review.340606.0.html Battery life testing is the very last subheading, also 3 cells and 51WHr. Very similar specs. They got 5.5 hours.
https://www.forbes.com/sites/forbes-finds/2019/02/22/msi-gf63-review-2/#72d40c5e487e Battery life testing is also on the second to last heading. Same battery, almost 4.5 hours. Same specs as one above.
https://www.pcgamer.com/msi-gf63-laptop-review/ Battery life mentioned a little less than halfway down the page. They stated 4-5 hours of use. Yet again, same specs as above.
https://www.laptopmag.com/reviews/laptops/msi-gf63-8rd Battery life stated about 2/3 of the way down the page. They got 3.5 hours. Keep in mind their testing model has an i7, not an i5. They were also using a higher brightness than me.
https://www.pcmag.com/review/364117/msi-gf63-8rd Battery life stated in the last heading before the summary. They got a bit over 4 hours with better specs like the one directly above. Still the same battery (3 cell, 51WHr).

UserBenchmark score (I don't know what happened with the GPU): https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/18312689

This has just been a really, really annoying hassle. Is there a simple, easy fix that I'm glossing over? Should I return it to Micro Center or file an RMA? I know Micro Center has been good at keeping customers satisfied. This is going to be for school and gaming. I really only have a month because I'm on summer break and I don't know how long an RMA might take. Is this a big issue or should I have expected this? Is that battery life normal, even with so many settings cranked down?

Any help is gladly welcomed and appreciated, as I have no idea what the issue is and don't know what to do to fix it. Thanks.
