Battery not fully charging

So, I use Samsung galaxy book 10.6 but I have been noticing my battery stops charging itself when it reaches 85%. Can anyone tell me how can I solve it?

Sounds like the battery lost a cell and can't be charged further.
Have you tried draining it completely(until it shuts itself off) and fully recharging it a few times? This will reset the battery meter circuit if its gone out of sync.
