[SOLVED] Battery Readings Delayed And Cycle Count High

So my battery reading is being delayed and after a few minutes the percent jumps down 3% instead of going normally. Also when I looked at my battery report, it said that I had 459 cycles. This laptop is only one month old so isn't that too much?

what type of laptop is it? I assume not Apple - https://support.apple.com/en-sg/HT201585

That cycle amount does seem too much for a laptop that is only a month old. I assume you aren't constantly charging it?
