So i was using a laptop with these specs :
Manufacturer : ASUS
Model Name : A456UQ
Processor : i7-7500U Kabylake 2.70Ghz
RAM : 4GB (Integrated) + 4GB Samsung RAM (Default)
BIOS Ver : X456UQK.307

And in yesterday morning, i was using it to do some school assignments, i plugged my charger and it charged.

But after some hours, i removed my charger because it is full already, and i kept to do some projects until the battery shows 15%. When i plugged in my charger, it shows 'Plugged in' but after many hours, the battery wasn't charged.
The BIOS also shows the same thing

Can anybody help me?

Those batteries typically have a lifespan of about 2 years before you start seeing serious charging degradation. How old is your laptop? Sounds like you are in need of a new battery or you basically have a mini desktop.
