Battfield V heating up my 6700k

My cpu has always topped out at about 60 degrees max in my watercooled system but playing battlefield V it made it up to 70 degrees tonight and I got worried and dropped out. Anyone help me with what I should be worrying about as far as temps for a 6700k?

Anything under 80C under full load is fine. Water Cooled or not, you want to stay at 80C or under.

If you're finding that the cooling isn't doing well enough, increase the radiator size.

My 7700k will hit 75 sometimes in BFV. It’s very well multithreaded it seems. That’s nothing to worry about. I wouldn’t worry unless it starts staying above 80.
