Battle field hard line installation problem

While installing the game in 64 bit i am getting the following error:
the program cannot start because MSVCP100.dll is missing from your computer.
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

My config is as :
My configutration is as followes :
AMD athlon II X2270 Processor 3.40 Ghz
4GB ram
32bit
OS: windows 7 ultimate

and i was getting the following error while installing in 32 bit windows version :
The version of this file is not compatilbe with the windows you are running.check your computer information to see whether you need a 32 or 64 bit version of the program and then contact the software pulisher.

Please tell me how to solve the issue in 64 bit and can install the game on 32 it or not

MSVCP100.dll, is part of the Microsoft Visual C++ runtime libraries, so ensure you install the 32-bit versions of those C++ runtime libraries.

You can find them here Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).

Are you certain you are running 32 bit windows and not 64 bit?
Click "My Computer" and hit "System Properties" on the top bar. Look for what "System Type" you are running.

Let me know if anything goes wrong.

EDIT: Looking at the Battlefield Hardline system requirements it says 64 bit is required.
Download the 64-bit version and install it on a 64 bit system: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)
