Battle:Los Angeles..Double checking graphics card, before buying

I have decided to obtain a copy of the above game.. But Im unsure that if my graphics card would load it..

No it won't, and you won't have enough Ram. Sorry, but you won't be gaming on that, not playing anything past 2005 anyway (and even that'll be pushing it).

Yeah.. Paying is a factor and that's why I even wanted to check it before I wanted to buy...
And you are saying it is not at all good for gaming? I don't have any dedicated graphics card nor its available in my locality.. Can you suggest me other games?
