Battle Net no longer opens

Each time i attempt to launch battle net, it just says "opening battle net" and loads until says it cant open for what ever reason ive also noticed that it opens up tons of blizzard file switchers along with blizzard update agent like in this picture https://gyazo.com/6985c3b7d7e74f42881e4fe7c3b30ea4

Close all of the battlenet processes and system tray if its there, go directly to the battlenet folder and start the launcher with admin privileges, this usually works for me.
if that doesn't work give it a restart, sounds cliche but it works if the above one doesn't for me.

I cant even find the folder for it, but i can find the folders for overwatch and WoW

Search Battle net in your start menu, then right click it and go to 'Open File Location'.
Then go to the battle net exe and run with admin privileges.
