[SOLVED] Battle of single-slot gpus: GTX 745 vs R7 450 - advice?

I am limited by a tiny power supply (220W) and space (only single-slot cards, so no GTX 750) in an Acer AIO but want to upgrade to a dedicated GPU. I have boiled it down to:
  • GTX 745 4gb DDR3
  • Quadro K620 2gb DDR3 - a higher clocked version of the GTX 745
  • R7 450 4gb GDDR5 - a higher clocked R7 350 or HD7750
The GTX & Quadro have a lower TDP and higher clocks going for them while the R7 has faster memory. Passmark scores are identical.

Which one should I go for if they cost the same?
If Nvidia>AMD here, should I get the slightly faster Quadro with only 2gb instead of the GTX with 4gb?

It's a very old one in fact - Z3751. It is essentially a desktop PC slapped on the back of a LCD panel. The GPU can be fit with a riser board. What do you think about the gpu choice? :)

Get the gtx745 (OEM version), because you may or may not get problem when you use non OEM Quadro K620.

Also I don't your AIO has the newer BIOS or not, because if the computer does not have newer BIOS, it has problem to recognize the new hardware, like the GPU.

And here is more info, if you use win8/win10, and upgrade the after market GPU.
