Battlefield 1 Crashing on Startup

I'll start with the fact that I logged numerous hours into this game before quitting for a tad bit. I decided to finally come back to it for a bit so I updated it, only to launch the game after and have a small window for the game appear, with a black screen (not in full screen) and then shortly after crash. I know my computer can run it, as I used to play it on this same computer on medium to high graphic settings, hopefully someone is able to figure out what I'm missing, heres the event log:

Have you tried repairing the game?

This can download any files that may have been skipped or missed as a result of an interference during your update.

To use Repair Game:

Select the My Games in Origin.
Right-click your game tile.
Select "Repair Game."

I did in fact repair the game and upon contacting help from both Origin and Nvidia, they are informing me that for some reason my PC is starting to default (wasn't doing this before) to my Intel (R) HD 4000 graphics card over my GTX 660 TI. They both informed me to disable the HD 4000 card however the only way I know how to do that is in my Device Manager settings, right clicking the card in Display and hitting disable which, consequently leads me to a black screen until I restart my computer. Any ideas?

Did you disable the intergrated graphics whilst your monitor was connected to your GTX 660 or motherboard?

I remember reading another thread claiming your monitor will black out unless it is connected via your gpu
