Battlefield 1 low fps even on low settings

my specs are 980ti amp omega 6gb
i5 4690k oc'd to 4,2ghz
8 gb ddr 3 ram
So the problem is that doesnt matter what settings i use the game is stutters and ive got like 30-50 sometimes 60 fps.
i was contacted the EA support for help and guess what the EXPERT was said to me : ur specs are just above minimum req,like what?
even the recommended says it need only an 1060 3gb
wtf?
can some one help me to make the game run better?

Your issue is ram need a minimum of 12gb with bf1. It's also known to bring I5's to their knees I had an i5 2400 and it couldn't handle it to my satisfaction

The only component listed in the OP that meets MINIMUM system requirements for the game is the 980ti:

This is why you cannot play on minimum settings.

bf1 need 12 gb of ram at minimum. make sure that you are running at maximum Mhz om your ram. if you are not then the system will bottlenck
