battlefield 1 upgrade

I play Battlefield 1 on pc with a g4560, gtx 1050 ti, 8gb, h110m eco. And I used a lot of guides to optimise Battlefield and windows and i noticed at REALLY intensive moments in operations i can drop down to the 20's. CPU is always at 100% usages and GPU at 40-60% usages at the lowest preset. Will the i7 7700 fix it? or is the i5 7600 enough for 50+ frames all the time?
