Battlefield 3 D3D error dont have DirectX 10?

This is just bs, the game worked fine earlier this day and now im getting a D3D error unsupported saying i dont have DirectX 10 but im pretty sure my GTX 570 is DirectX11. WTF could be wrong?!

Are you running windows XP? If not, I'd reinstall the game. If yes, then you've got a problem: Battlefield 3 requires at least windows vista.
