Battlefield 3 Help?

Hi, i am going to save up around £220 for a new cpu, graphics card and psu. I have at the MOMENT:

Core 2 duo 3.1GHz
Nvidia Geforce 9400gt
4gb ddr2 ram
Windows xp 32bit

I am planning to upgrade to: (I will caps lock the better bit's)

CORE 2 QUAD @ 2.4-2.8GHZ
RADEON HD 6770 OR 6850
4gb ddr2 ram
WINDOWS 7 PRO.

Will the upgraded specs be good enough to run battlefield 3 on medium-high at 720 or even 1080p?

will work perfectly fine with HD6850 at high even with ur old processor and don't forget about PSU if u had a cheap one u will be needing to buy a new one...
