Battlefield 3 issue

i had some internet connections problem while playing battlefield 3. i found this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CoAcRabdxhQ and the problem is fixed now. now the problem is that everytime i start my pc i have to do this from the beginning because is automatically started(in my router it is alwats disable, windows is the problem):/ what can i do to sovle it?

the problem is that UPnP and SSDP starts automatically:/ what can i do to stop that?:/
