Battlefield 3... New Graphics Card

Hello,

I am looking to upgrade my PC with a new graphics card, and also install more RAM.

My question is, what would be the best graphics card for my system. I am looking to play the game with a decent visual quality.

These are my system specs:

OS: Win7 x86
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H
CPU: AMD Phenom X4 955 Processor @ 3.2GHz
Memory: 4GB DDR2 (Looking to upgrade to 8)

I will consider any price, but nothing too incredibly high. I really appreciate all your time, and thank you for all the help.

Sorry for the double post, just realized I forgot the current GPU and powersupply.
I am running with an NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250, with a 500Watt Power Supply.

Grab a HD 6850 or if your budget allows you a GTX 560 ti,, what 500W PSU do you have?
