ERROR Origin could not start up (-5ef7ffff): The LSX server didn't respond within the set timeout Options


‎Guys, cant get to a game of BF4 yet, keep coming up with the above error.
Have tried a fresh install , disabled AntiVirus & firewall, opened multiple ports , full update of drivers and all windows recommended update.(Also updated bios, )

Has anyone got the same drama or found a fix??????
Please list here if you have the same problem or can help me in any way.

unfortunately I had checked and tried everything in both the suggested posts, without any luck.
The more I try, the more I think it may be a problem with my origin account. However I have to go back to work for 3 weeks and will not be able to sit online with a "game advisor" again for a little while.
 


Sure thing man, yeah Facebook is powerful as F###.

I usually get the problem worked out within 15 minutes as long as I keep it civil, I know allot of people bad mouth origin and EA but their support is picking up from what it was so I really hope that will fix your problem. Unfortunately sometimes you do get assisted by an new guy with less knowledge than a rock but that is very rarely.

Out of the 4 times they have assisted me only once was I assisted by a person with the I.Q. of Brick Tamland (Anchorman) feel free to Google this bit:

Ok, it seems like origin/BF4 doesn't like setting Windows' RWIN autotuning levels above 'normal'. Be nice if that could be sorted out for those of us on large BDP networks.

Set it from an elevated command prompt with:
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
