Battlefield 4 graphics / FPS / Performance questions

Obviously, we all know BF4's graphics are a lot better than Battlefield 3's, but as I'm running an arguably low system (AMD Radeon HD 7770 with AMD FX-6300 @3.4Ghz) I get around 80fps on Medium-high on battlefield 3....my question is if BF4's graphics are indeed a lot better, will running bf4 on low give the appearance of bf3's medium/high?

Let the fps drop back to say 50fps and you can run bf4 at the same settings as bf3.
