I just picked up a GTX 1070 Superclocked edition for EVGA. I love it everything is great except for a few things.

1) When my core clock spikes (Opening/Closing Games) there is a millisecond flash on the screen. Is this normal? Thats not the main issue.

2) On Battlefield 4 and only Battlefield 4, I get 125-150 frames on an assortment of low and high settings, but the game feels incredibly choppy.

PC Specs:
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: GTX 1070 SC
Ram: 28 GB gddr3-1600
PSU: Corsair 750W
Multiple fans
Monitors: some shity dell one.
Main Monitor: BenQ XL24II 144hz 24 in

In that case you may want to set it to a lower number like 124 ish just so you don't have spikes up and down. A more consistent frame rate should offer a less choppy experience.

Thanks for the reply. I will try that but, I dont maintain 144 fps in so many other games and it is absolutely fine.
