Battlefield 4 lag,stutter,freeze!

Hello there.
I got BF4 and played for 2 hours on Ultra Settings (avg. 45-50 FPS) then now for like 5 hours I'm trying to play but after playing for 3-5 minutes with 45-50 FPS its starts stuttering like hell.
The FPS stay high for 10 secs than go to 15-20 but when I did the perfoverlay.drawgraph 1 in console the graph goes UP and DOWN like crazy. Any fix for me please? 🙁
My build:
FX 6300 OC'ed to 4.4 GHz
4 GB RAM (I know it's low but I played for 2 hours without problem)
R9 270 Gaming Twin Frozr (OC'ed to 1050/1500)
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
And the temp are also OK.
CPU: Idle 15C , Max 47C
GPU: Idle 25C , Max 56C

Did you crash anytime, I dont think your ram and processor can sustain it at ultra GPU is also not powerful enough.
With my specs, I get only about 60 FPS avergae.

I fixed it. I get 50 FPS average on ULTRA. Btw RAM is used 3.7 out of 4 but I'm going to upgrade to 12 GB

After tweaking some overclocking settings on my rig. Video card +130 core clock and Memory Clock +330. CPU running at 4.3Ghz

I am averaging around 70-90 fps, (Max 120sFPS, Lowest 50s (Usually ony on the map Siege of Shanghai)

Average FPS is 60-70 for me with everything maxed out.

I would advise trying to close any open web browser, Origin Overlay etc. I noticed a difference with fps when turning those off.
