Battlefield 4 multiplayer.

Hey guys. I have completed battlefield 4 single player and want to play multiplayer. But I don't know how. I have an origin ac

when you click the game it will open the page to play single player and multiplayer choose multiplayer

The tab literally right next to campign that says "multiplayer".

But won't I need origin and create or join a server. And somewhere I read that there has something to be done with battlelog.

I believe origin automatically installs, but when you open BF4 itll open a URL in your browser for Battlelog, select multiplayer and it will list off the servers available to you. Its very straightforward once you open the game.
