battlefield 4 not working

Good day community..i recently bought battlefield 4 and installed it. I also created an account on origin for the game but when i try to join a server, it says that " were re sorry, it looks like your game didn't start correctly.....i tried everything that they told me but nothing works. Can you guys tell me what to do?

Have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

I'm also curious how you have 6GBs of RAM, as that's a very unusual number of GBs to have, can you list the ram of each stick you have? Mixing ram sticks is usually a bad idea is why.
