Battlefield 4 PC Mic working, But cant hear VOIP

My problem is that my mic is working, but i cant hear my squad, I have messed around with the settings, made sure it is on, but this has been going on for a while now and its starting to annoy the hell out of me, anyone got a fix?

[Edit] Since someone mentioned about my headphones, and something to do with VOIP phone, which i dont kinda get what he was trying to say.

I can only guess how you have mic and voip phone connected. Seperate mics duct taped together?
