Battlefield 4 Problem

I have ha bf4 for a while but i could never be in a server that changed map. i still cant when ever i try to change maps on a server it starts loading then kicks me and says i was kicked from the game. sometimes i get kicked like that when im initially joining the server. can someone help be figure this problem out.

System Specs
OS- Windows 8.1 64x
CPU- AMD A4-5300
GPU- AMD Radeon HD 6670
RAM- 8gb im not sure what the maker is
PSU- 400w

This may indicate a problem with the Punkbuster installation. Get the manual installer from www.evenbalance.com and force it to update.
