Battlefield 4 random alt tab

Hello, Recently Battlefield 4 has been alt tabbing every 30 seconds ish i have no idea why. Done anti virus scans and malware... Im running an i5 4690k Gigabyte Z97 mobo Gigabyte gtx970... Cant understand why any help would be appreciated.

You could check if there's any programs running in the background.

Also may I ask what Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware applications you're using?

MalwareBytes and Microsoft security essentials
And i think its updates
