Battlefield 4 settings help

My rig:
Gigabyte GTX 770 4gb
i5 3570k
8gb ram

i play bf4 on custom settings with everything on ultra and msaa on 2. i get a steady 60 fps on some maps while on others it can go down to 35. imho its unplayable. My quick question to anyone who knows about graphics setting is what options should i reduce from ultra i n order to increase my fps, without massively compromising the graphics, things such as lighting effects, texture quality etc.

if anyone has messed around with these setting id appreciate the help, thankyou guys

turn off motion blur i hate it personally .
and reduce post processing to medium
