Battlefield 4 Stutter

This is insane.
My PC runs battlefield 4 very nicely on high graphics.
On single player there is no problem but on multi player it's a wreck.
I get about 45-50 fps but almost EVERY 2-3 seconds the game freezes for about a second and then starts again. This is irritating and make the multiplayer completely unplayable.
This FPS stutter is on top of other problems like lagging and rubber banding.
I used to have this problem with BF3 near release but I don't have it now. I think that there was a problem with the game that DICE fixed in a patch. If so should I just wait for a patch for BF4 or is there something I can do to fix this as of now?

P.S I have win 7 enterprise 64-bit

Its a new game they had alot of problems in the get go with BF3 AS WELL AS TIME comes they will address this and fix the problems with patches.

Yea but problems like this shouldnt be there in a final release game

I am sad to tell you this but they are there the problems ask alot of Ps3 owners how there BF4 is working just got to hang in there I know it sucks to spend 60 bucks on a game that dont run right but it is what it is these days.
