Question Battlefield 5 causing computer problems.

Ok, so some problematic things have been occurring. For starters, my gaming pc starts getting very loud even though all settings are turned down to low despite the fact that my pc meets the requirements for BF5. Second, I don’t know if it’s my monitor or the computer but an annoying thing occurs when playing is when scrolling down or whenever moving (in the game) on white background a bright sort of light follows it when moving quickly (if that makes sense). Here are my specs: Rx 580 gpu, Ryzen 7 1800k processor, and 16 gigs of ram. My monitor is a Dell - S2719DGF 27" LED QHD FreeSync Monitor. I would really appreciate if someone helped out with this problem
