i went back to bc2 today and i have low fps around 30-40 fps most of the time
my specs are
AMD 8150 3.6 OC'd to 4.2
AMD 7950 stock speeds
two 8 gig Gskill ripjaws
MSI gd65v2 Motherboard

What's your cpu usage like per core? What resolution are you playing at? I have a feeling that one of your cores is maxed out.

well when i was play gpu max was 42% and cpu never went above 50%

A 50% cpu usage could mean 4 cores are maxed out and 4 aren't being used. I need you to look at the core usage graphs (the overall usage is always useless). Are any of the graphs maxed out? Being that BC2 is an old game I really doubt that it uses 8 cores.

im not sure how to copy the cpu usage graph but when i was playing the cpu cores where being used evenly in both the task manager and Speedfan

Maybe it's a glitch with Windows 8? I played on Windows 7 with a slower graphics card and did way better than that.

well before i upgraded to windows 8 i was getting a lot higher fps then i do now
