Battlefield V Open Beta frame stuttering

I'm experiencing stuttering when I play the battlefield V open beta.

Here are some of my specs:

GTX 1060 3GB
i5 7600k CPU
16GB DDR4 RAM

Is it something wrong with my PC/settings or is it just not optimized. I'm mostly playing on low/medium settings and on 1080p fyi.

Thanks for the solution. FPS isn't buttery smooth 60 FPS but at least it's playable now.
