My pc specs are an i5 7400, nvidia gtx 1060 3Gb, 8gbs ddr4 2400, a wd 1tb HD’s, and a bad 300w power supply. I hear the new battlefield game needs about the same specs as battlefield 1. But do I need any upgrades for new games coming out in 2018 and up to run on 5760x1080 on high to ultra? If so what should they be. I am already planning on getting a new power supply. I only got 2 ram slots and both are filled tho.

Definitely agree with the need for a higher tier GPU; you won't see an improvement that's worth your time and money by investing in a 6 GB 1060 model. Considering that your 3x1080 setup is nearly TWICE the pixel resolution of 1440p, I'd consider how well the 1060 6 GB does with your standard 1440, and use that to corroborate my claim.

It would make a noticeable difference because of the resolution and number of textures specifically. That said its kind of a small incremental upgrade. Any chance you can swing a 1070 or 1070ti? I don't see the value in that small of an upgrade.

The problem is hes at 3x 1080p, the 1060 6gb will do it, but really kind of a waste of money based on his starting point. 1070 minimum 1070ti preferable or 1080.
