So i just recently updated BF5 and now it wont launch. It will load up and look like its loading then it crashes. Ive tried to repair it but my wifi is so slow its going to take like 3 days to finish the repair. Is that my only other option besides reinstalling the game? I definitly dont want to do that if its not necessary. It has had issues before. And no its not the computer: Specs( 2400g, 16g ddr4 3200 vengnece lpx, asus gtx 1060 6 gb, b350 mb, 120gb ssd, 1 tb hdd, ) It used to run fine but then it would have this issue, they had me try something then and it worked, now i cant get ahold of ea support so here i am. Any tips to get me back to gaming?

Solution
You are not alone.
There are several issues causing BF5 to crash after the latest update.
Uninstalling and reinstalling Origin had help some.
Performing a repair worked for others.
Deleting the BF5 folder in the Documents folder helped few.
Moving the BF5 from a secondary drive to the main disk solve also helped.
Updating Windows to 1809 or 1903 fixed the issue for some.

But some others have even reinstalled the game and still have the issue.

Waiting for a word from EA.

Well its good to know i'm not the only one. Kinda annoying though. I've really wanted to try out the new pacific modes. I suppose ill try to finish the repair and see if it does anything. Otherwise guess im waiting till the next update and hope it fixes itself. BF1 it is. THX
