Battlefield3 full screen problem

whenever i start battlefield 3 it never works on full screen mode the screen is always blank, when press the windows key, loading starts coming. mouse not working in full screen.
i'm having inspiron 5520 with 4GB ram Radeon 1gb 7670M graphic card and i5 3210M

Do you by any chance have 'Team Viewer' running?
I had problems with full screen because of that. If yes, stop it from running (right click icon and exit) then run Battlefield 3.
