You should try to find a laptop with better graphics, the cpu is overkill. You will be able to run bf4 at medium settings there about.

Yeah, medium settings maybe even some setting such as shadows will need to be set to low to keep good fps in situations. If you want to play a game like bf4 on a laptop and have it look nice you are going to want a x80m gpu

lol I7 4810MQ is a very powerful CPU, and gtx850m is perfect for casual gamer ! You can choose a laptop with a I7-4700hq or mq and a gtx 860m if you want lots of playing (sorry for my bad English ! I'm french)
